Committees consisting
of subject experts would go through the applications received for
a particular position. On the basis of eligibility conditions, qualifications,
quality and quantum of work experience, publications (if applicable),
academic and other achievements of candidates, the committees would
short-list the candidates to be called for interviews. Normally,
for one position, seven candidates would be called, for two positions
ten candidates and for three or more positions a maximum of fifteen
candidates would be called. In case there would be less than three
short-listed candidates for a particular position, the post may
be re-advertised. |
